Environmental Justice Forum

Join us Environmental Justice ForumTuesday, March 30 at 4pm ET for the #ClimateChangemakers Environmental Justice Forum: Community Resilience in a Changing Climate. RSVP today to hear from speakers working to bring awareness to the environmental injustice cause, explain the issues communities who experience the most devastating impacts of climate change face, and identify the policy and programmatic priorities for addressing long-standing injustices.

The forum will be moderated by Derrick Z. Jackson, Union of Concerned Scientists’ Fellow.

Forum speakers include:

  • Queen Quet, Gullah-Geechee Island Nation
  • Naeema Muhammad, North Carolina Environmental Justice Network
  • Anthony Rogers-Wright, Climate Justice Alliance

Show your solidarity and take climate action:

  1. RSVP to the forum.
  2. Sign the Petition to take action.
  3. Spread the word, and share the #ClimateChangemaker Environmental Justice Forum: Community Resilience in a Changing Climate Toolkit with your networks.
  4. Amplify the forum on your social channels  (social guidance and graphics in the toolkit).
  5. Email your supporters and listservs to build the audience (sample email in the toolkit).
  6. Follow and amplify #ClimateChangemakers on social media to build momentum.
